Copper

Copper alloy welding materials are widely used in various industries due to their excellent physical and chemical properties, such as high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical conductivity, and good corrosion resistance. Here are some commonly used copper alloy welding materials:

Phosphor bronze welding wire: composed of copper, tin, and phosphorus, it has good welding performance and corrosion resistance, suitable for welding copper alloys, nickel alloys, and other non-ferrous metals.

Brass welding wire: composed of copper and zinc, it has good ductility, corrosion resistance, and welding performance, suitable for welding brass and bronze.

Aluminum bronze welding wire: composed of copper, aluminum, iron, and manganese, it has high strength, good corrosion resistance, and excellent wear resistance, suitable for welding aluminum bronze and manganese bronze.

Copper-nickel welding wire: composed of copper and nickel, it has good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, suitable for welding copper-nickel alloys.

Silver-copper welding wire: composed of silver and copper, it has high conductivity and good corrosion resistance, suitable for welding electrical and electronic components.

In addition, there are many other types of copper alloy welding materials that are widely used in various industries such as electrical, electronic, and mechanical manufacturing.
